FAQ — On line Picture Library

Q. Are all the images in the Picture Library available?
A. All images on the website are available as high resolution digital files and can be processed either by FTP or on disc.

Q. How do I order from the collection?
A. This can be done through our on line picture library. If you cannot find what you are looking for please contact Kay Kays

Q. Can I reproduce or make available images without permission from the Picture Library?
A. No, permissions must be sought either through the picture library or by contacting the Image Licensing Officer.

Q. How do I obtain permission to use the images?
A. Complete the transaction to the checkout process, a licence for usage will be issued on receipt.

Q. Do I need to clear copyright?
A. All images on the Picture Library have had copyright clearance.

Q. How long does it take for the order to be fulfilled?
A. As soon as payment has been received the order will be processed. If a disc has been requested this can take up to 5 working days, however images supplied via the FTP server will be available the same day.

Q. What forms of payment are accepted?
A. Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Switch (UK), Cheque, Paypal or an invoice can be issued.
