When will I receive my order?
We aim to deliver your order within 4 working days to the UK, 7 working days to the EU and 10 workings days outside the EU.
I have changed my mind and wish to cancel my order.
If you would like to cancel your order before it has been dispatched please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then issue a full refund.
Can I return my order?
If you have changed your mind and would like to return your order please email us at email@example.com. Goods can be returned in original condition within 14 working days for a refund. Please return goods to National Museums & Galleries of Wales Enterprises Limited, Cathays Park, Cardiff CF10 3NP.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
We will take great care to make sure your order arrives safely, however if your order is damaged we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Do I need a PayPal account to order from you?
No. After clicking ‘Place my order’ please then click on ‘Pay with a debit or credit card’ to complete your order.
Can I order over the phone?
Please call us on 02920 573177 (Tues-Fri 10am-5pm) to order by phone.
How do I use a promotional code?
After clicking ‘checkout’ and selecting your country, enter the promotional code in the box provided. The discount will then be applied.
