Read a Million Words in Wales Rap Songs

National Slate Museum
Some of the children putting their rap together with Martin Dawes

These rap songs were created by children from Ysgol Maesincla, Caernarfon and Ysgol Bro Plennydd, Y Ffor who took part in rap workshops with musician Martin Dawes at the National Slate Museum recently. The project was part of a national scheme to “Read a million words in Wales” (RMWW) an exciting, fun campaign that sets a goal for primary school children, classes and schools to read a million words in a year through innovative interactive projects.
