Youth Forum (14-25)

Are you aged 14-25? Can you help us make our museums more attractive to young people? We are looking for creativity, fresh ideas and most importantly your voice - to speak up and influence decision making at National Museum Wales.

Amgueddfa Cymru, funded by GwirVol, are establishing volunteer Youth Forums at each of our sites around Wales. Young people aged 14-25 are encouraged to be partners in decision making and organising activities. The forums will explore the views of young people and will address issues they think are important. They will involve young people in Amgueddfa Cymru’s projects, exhibitions and events, making it more likely that we meet their needs.

We advertise all of our spaces on our Youth Forums to make it as fair as possible as demand is very high. Please have a look at our current Youth Forum opportunities to see what we have on offer. Make sure you have a good read of the role description, especially the Requirements and Commitments section. Once you’ve decided if you would like to take part, please complete the Registration Form specifying which Museum Youth Forum you wish to join and send to volunteering@museumwales.ac.uk
