Identifications

A free identification service is available for members of the public for small numbers of plants. Our expertise is mainly in the wild flowers of the British Isles; we have little knowledge of cultivated garden plants or house plants, and recommend these should be sent to other experts such as the Royal Horticultural Society.

Commercial identifications are available at a minimum of £30 for 30 minutes, and £60 hour thereafter.
