Behind the scenes of the Entomology Section: plant galls

Plant galls are remarkable structures caused by an interaction between an insect and a plant. The galls on oak trees are especially interesting and diverse. This workshop will explore the life cycle of the insects that cause the galls. You will never look at them in the same way again.
