By road
The Museum is located in Swansea's Maritime Quarter, and less than half a mile from the city centre.
From outside Swansea, exit the M4 at junction 42 westbound or junction 47 eastbound, following the brown signs. From inside Swansea, the Museum is located on Oystermouth Road next to the LC, Swansea’s Leisure Complex.
For satellite navigation use the following post code: SA1 3ST. The entrance to the Museum's large pay and display car park is a short walk from the Museum but there are dropping off and pick up points close to the entrance.
By rail
Swansea is served by mainline services to London, Paddington. There are also links with Carmarthen and West Wales, and stations in Mid Wales via the Heart of Wales line.
By bus
