Food & Drink - Waterfront Crêperie

Offering a mix of savoury galettes and sweet crêpes, the Waterfront Crêperie has been very popular with visitors since opening in March 2011.

Sweet options include cinnamon and currants, Nutella and banana, Grand Marnier and orange as well as the classic lemon and sugar. For the savoury fans, there is Black Bomber cheese and ham, garlic mushrooms, spinach, tuna and sweet corn, plus the Waterfront Galette - a combination of smoked salmon, spring onions, rocket salad, crème fraîche with a freshly sliced wedge of lemon.

Both crêpes and galettes are made using traditional Brittany batter with a selection of Welsh inspired ingredients - all made freshly in front of you. Prices start from as little as £2.50 and there is an option to order children’s portions.

The Waterfront Crêperie is open daily from 10am to 4.30pm and as well as serving crêpes, it offers a wide range of speciality coffees, hot and cold snacks, home-made pastries and children’s lunch boxes. It also boasts a children’s play area and is a great place to relax and unwind after exploring the exhibitions. Crêpes and galettes are served until 4pm daily.

There are often special offers at the Waterfront Crêperie. Until October a child can eat free when an adult buys a savoury galette. Offer includes a choice of children’s crêpe, galette or selection box.
