  1. Early Registration – Register by the 31st December 2004, and there is a discounted Registration Fee of £15 (about , US).
  2. Late Registration – Register after 31st December, the Registration Fee will be £25 (about �36, US).
  3. Titles for presentations (oral or poster) must be submitted by 31st December 2004.
  4. Abstracts for presentations must be submitted by 1st March 2005.

Registration and details of presentations should be sent to Helen Fraser ( — e-mail). Cheques in pounds sterling should be made payable to the 'National Museum of Wales'. Payment may also be made by credit card, by sending us by post a signed letter giving credit card type, number, expiry date, and name on card.

There are numerous hotels within easy walking distance of the Museum, details of which can be found at visitcardiff.com. We would urge that you make bookings as early as you can, as Cardiff hotels can be busy at this time of year, especially at weekends.
