Day Delegate Package

We are pleased to offer a special day delegate package priced at £25 inclusive of VAT per delegate based on a minimum of 10 delegates.

What the package includes:

  • Hire of Dockside or Cityside Meeting Room from 9am-5pm
  • Use of Screen, Data Projector, Laptop and Flipcharts
  • Selection of Welsh Brew, fruit and herbal teas and freshly brewed coffee, chilled Welsh Mineral Water and a selection of shortbread biscuits on arrival and again for mid-morning break
  • A selection of savoury sandwiches on both white and granary breads, fresh fruit for lunch served with chilled Welsh Mineral Water and orange juice
  • Another serving of Welsh brew, fruit and herbal teas and freshly brewed coffee with delicious Welsh cakes dusted with cinnamon sugar for afternoon break
  • Sweetie bowls throughout the day

Should you not qualify for the Day Delegate package because your number of delegates are lower than 10, the Museum would be pleased to offer you hire of our facilities at our standard room hire rates.

Catering can be booked separately via the Museum's catering franchise holders, Elior Ltd.
