Cofio'r Cau - National Slate Museum
During the Spring and Summer terms of 2009, a series of intergenerational story telling sessions were arranged in the National Slate Museum to commemorate the People's memories of the period when the Dinorwig quarry closed in 1969.
The stories were created with the help of some of the students of Ysgol Brenrefail.
The pupils benefited from hearing the living history of the contributors who introduced their own stories, through working with the students.
