Notes for the story 'The Lewises of Dre-fach Felindre and the Crock of Gold in the Manure Heap'
Mrs. Mann did not say where or from whom she heard this story about the Lewises, and Kate Davies knew no more about Mrs Mann, except that she was a lady from Dre-fach Felindre, but she did remember one other story of hers: 'The Frenchmen's Cave and the Poison in the Soup' (tape MWL 3892).
