Venue Hire and Weddings

St Fagans National History Museum is one of the world’s leading open-air museums and Wales's best loved heritage attraction. Set in beautiful 100 acres of countryside on the outskirts of Cardiff, the Museum stands in the grounds of the magnificent St Fagans Castle, a late 16th-century manor house donated by the Earl of Plymouth. The Museum is home to over forty historical buildings moved stone-by-stone from different parts of Wales and tells the story of how Welsh people lived through the ages.

St Fagans offers several totally unique venues that are available for a host of events ranging from wedding ceremonies and receptions to training days, meetings, conferences, drinks receptions and corporate dining. Click on the links below for more information.

Catering is provided in-house exclusively by specialist arts and heritage sector caterer, Elior. This experienced team provides inspirational menus and impeccable service. All food is prepared on-site using the freshest, locally sourced and seasonal ingredients wherever possible.

We also offer discounted hire rates for registered charities, formal education bodies, community groups and the Welsh Assembly Government.

Additional Facilities for hire include: Staging and lighting, laptop, data projector, television and DVD player.
