A fun packed day of Bollywood and Bhangra music and dance, rangoli workshops, arts & crafts, fashion shows, family events and much more.
The event will see the Hindu community in Cardiff coming together to showcase Indian traditions and values.
The day will range from folk songs and Henna tattooing to saree draping demonstrations and a range of arts, crafts and spice stalls.
Over 2500 people attended Diwali Mela in 2009, and this year the event is expected to attract even more.
Diwali, meaning ‘festival of lights’, is the most widely celebrated festival in India. The main hall will be completely taken over by celebration, colour and enjoyment - definitely a spectacle that shouldn't be missed!
