Professor Michael Bruford is the Leader of the Organisms and Environment Research Division at Cardiff University. The division has strong research links in the Malay region and operates a field research centre on the Island of Borneo. His talk will look at the groundwork Wallace established in the science of biogeography and the role contemporary science plays in this field today
